Video Tutorials

RG3 provides a host of tutorial and how to videos on all manner of subjects. You can learn how to rebuild a meter, read a register, how to read a meter system in map mode, or how to troubleshoot. There is also an extensive list of videos that discuss data management and how to use various reports and tools. You can use these videos to learn specific things, as a refresher, or to help train new employees.

RG3 offers multiple ways to access these videos through the different RG3 software applications as described below:

TeslaNet MDM:

Click on the Gears at the top right of the screen

Choose Resources option.

TeslaDrive:

Click on Help at the top left of the screen.

Choose the Resources option.

AMRSS:

Click Help at the top left of the screen.

Choose Resources option
